The BBC recently had a report from Uganda on the apparent increase in human sacrifices by witch-doctors, who kill children and/or use their blood and body parts (obtained by people who kill or maim the children on the witch-doctor's behalf) to communicate with "spirits". The situation is so bad that the Ugandan Government even has an "Anti-Human Sacrifice and Trafficking Task Force".
For fuck's sake, Uganda is such a shithole that not only do they have a problem with people making human sacrifices, but they have a fucking task force that is trying and failing to stamp it out? Welcome to the 17th Century, idiots.
