Welcome to Opposite Land!

Courtesy of Sky News.

In a report about Obama forcing his massively unpopular healthcare power-grab down the throats of the American people, Sky News mentions that 13 State Attorney Generals are to sue the Federal Government on the grounds that the provisions within the Bill to force Americans to buy insurance are unconstitutional. According to Sky News:

"It is likely to fail because the US Constitution says that federal law trumps state laws"

Erm, no it doesn't actually. The Tenth Amendment to the US Constitution clearly states:

"The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."

That would be the exact opposite of what Sky News are saying then. Isn't it amazing what a little research can do? Ignorant morons.
